PAYMENT TERMS. Customer agrees to pay all fees, rates and charges within ten (10) days after the invoice date at the office designated by County Propane of Delmarva, LLC . Where permitted by state law. Customer may at County Propane of Delmarva, LLC’s discretion receive a County Propane of Delmarva, LLC invoice instead of a delivery ticket. If Customer fails to pay any fees, rates and charges when due, County Propane of Delmarva, LLC may add a late charge of 1.5 percent per month (18% per year) or a $10.00 billing fee, whichever is greater to all past due balances. County Propane of Delmarva, LLC reserves the right to require payment in advance and to require Customer to post a cash deposit, which may be applied by County Propane of Delmarva, LLC at any time in whole or in part to any outstanding balance.
